The Advantage Performance Strength Program is designed to improve athletic strength and power for young athletes ages 13-18. In this program we will use plyometrics, medicine ball training, and Olympic lifting variations to develop explosive power, and improve change of direction and acceleration. We will also build whole body strength and establish a conditioning base by using challenging and age-appropriate resistance training. Whether you are in the middle of your season or gearing up for a productive off-season, you can improve your athletic strength and power to enhance your performance.
