Performance Psychology Workshops
The importance of the mental aspect of sport is often overlooked when it comes to training. It takes more than raw athletic ability to perform at the top of your game. With that in mind, we offer performance psychology classroom sessions to create a mental advantage over their competition. Students will be educated and actively involved in classes covering the mental aspects of sport performance such as goal setting, pre-game preparation (psyching up), mental toughness, confidence, relaxation techniques, and stress management.
