Join us and learn the basics of functional strength training for athletics in this 3-Day clinic. We will learn a little and work out each day, experiencing the basics of healthy tissue maintenance, warm up, power development, and strength training for athletic development.
This is a perfect opportunity for parents and their children to learn and train together. We advocate responsible strength training for today’s athletes, and a little knowledge on the part of the parents goes a long way.
