Healthy Holiday Cookies
You ever feel like you spend the entire second half of December trying to avoid the cookies, chocolates, and candies people dump in the break room at work?
So do we! Sometimes those temptations extend to Holiday parties, and even your own kitchen. This is a time of year to celebrate with friends and family, and it can be hard to stick to the healthy diet you want.
That’s why we wanted to offer you an option that, admittedly isn’t calorie free, but will take care of your sweet tooth while also offering the health benefits of being high in protein and healthy fats.
Cookies might never be a “10” when it comes to healthy choices, but there is a lot of value in making a “better” choice. It’s not all or none when it comes to you diet. A better choice is a win!
So enjoy these Healthy Holiday cookies with your friends and family this season and feel good about making a better choice that still allows you to live your life and be happy.
